Get ready to dive deep into the complexities of domestic abuse and explore the crucial role of safety measures on the frontline.
Health professionals are often the first point of contact for victim-survivors of domestic abuse—but do you know how to spot the signs, assess risk, and act safely? This training equips you with the knowledge and confidence to intervene early and save lives.
This session is designed for professionals working within the Health Sector —GPs, nurses, midwives, mental health practitioners, Admin Staff —but is open to anyone working with vulnerable individuals in frontline or safeguarding roles.
This session is advertised on behalf of Alice Wu, named safeguarding lead GP, Lewisham and Fiona J Mitchell, Nurse Consultant Adult Safeguarding Designate, South East London ICB.
